Where and When We Deliver
We currently offer delivery to selected suburbs across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Delivery availability may expand over time, so if you’re outside the area, feel free to register your interest on the Find Us page.
Deliveries are currently available on weekends only.
You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
Keeping your drinks cold
To make sure your drinks stay fresh and cold, someone should ideally be available to receive the order in person.
If you won’t be home, you are responsible for providing a suitable insulated cooler bag or cold box for us to leave your order in. These can be purchased from us as well and reused for all your Doodle Drinks purchases.
We recommend:
- A small cooler bag or insulated box
- At least one ice brick or frozen ice pack
- Leaving the bag in a shaded location if possible

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our website Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order with Doodle Drinks.
1. Delivery Areas
Doodle Drinks currently offers local delivery to selected suburbs within Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Australia.
Delivery availability may change over time and will be shown at checkout. If your suburb is unavailable, delivery is not currently offered to your area.
We do not currently offer interstate or international shipping.
2. Delivery Days & Times
Deliveries are currently available on weekends only.
Customers may select their preferred delivery date and available delivery window during checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- traffic conditions
- weather
- order volume
- operational requirements
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected timeframe.
3. Shipping & Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order details.
Free Delivery
We offer free local delivery on orders over $35 AUD within eligible delivery areas.
4. Market Pickup Orders
Customers may also select pickup from Bondi Markets during available market weekends.
To receive the pickup discount:
- Select “Pickup” at checkout
- Use discount code BONDIPICKUP for 15% off eligible pickup orders
Market schedules may change. Customers should refer to our Instagram for the latest updates regarding market attendance and trading dates.
5. Receiving Your Delivery
As our products are perishable and require refrigeration, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the order directly at the nominated delivery address.
If nobody will be available, customers are responsible for providing an appropriate insulated cooler bag, cold box, or similar refrigerated storage solution for the order to be safely left unattended.
We recommend:
- an insulated cooler bag or box
- one or more frozen ice bricks or ice packs
- placement in a shaded location where possible
6. Refrigeration & Food Safety
All products supplied by Doodle Drinks should be refrigerated promptly after delivery or pickup.
Once delivery has been completed to the nominated address or approved drop-off location, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.
Doodle Drinks is not responsible for deterioration in product quality resulting from:
- delayed refrigeration
- inadequate cold storage
- customer absence at delivery
7. Failed, Unsafe, or Incomplete Deliveries
If:
- no recipient is available,
- no safe cold storage solution has been provided, or
- the delivery location is considered unsafe or inaccessible,
we may be unable to complete the delivery.
In these situations:
- the order may be returned,
- additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery, and
- refunds may not be available for perishable goods already prepared.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers should contact us as soon as possible regarding order changes or cancellations.
Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellations or modifications may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If significant delays occur, we will attempt to contact affected customers using the details provided at checkout.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
11. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we may not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
However, customers may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where products are:
- faulty,
- unsafe,
- significantly different from their description, or
- not of acceptable quality.
