1. Promoter
The promoter is Doodle Drinks, based in New South Wales, Australia.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian consent to enter and claim the prize.
3. Competition Period
This competition has no closing date. Doodles can be submitted at any time and we will inform winners as required.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Create an original doodle (hand-drawn or digital)
Submit to Doodle Drinks via email, website or Instagram.
Include their name and contact details.
No purchase is required to enter.
5. Judging
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and suitability for reproduction on a bottle cap.
Judging will take place on a continuous basis, as decided by The Promoter.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
The winner will receive:
Their doodle printed on Doodle Drinks bottle caps for the next scheduled market
One (1) free Doodle Drinks
The prize:
Is not transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be collected at the next nominated market date
If the prize is not collected on that date, it may be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
By entering, entrants confirm that:
The submitted artwork is their original work
It does not infringe on any third-party rights
By submitting an entry, the entrant grants Doodle Drinks a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to reproduce, modify, publish, and display the artwork for commercial and promotional purposes, including but not limited to printing on bottle caps and marketing materials.
8. Liability
Doodle Drinks accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
To the extent permitted by law, Doodle Drinks is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting the winner.
