Refunds

We want every bottle to be delicious. If something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

If something is wrong with your order

Email info@doodledrinks.com.au within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, with:

your order number (it starts with DD-)
what’s wrong
a photo, if you can

Because our milk is fresh and perishable, the sooner you tell us the better. If we confirm the problem, we’ll offer a replacement in a future drop or a refund for the affected items.

Cancelling an order

Before the cut-off: email us and we’ll cancel your order and refund it in full.
After the cut-off: we’ve already made your milk, so we can’t cancel or refund a change of mind. If you can’t make it, let us know and we’ll do our best to help, for example by letting someone else collect it for you.

Missed pickups and deliveries

If you miss your pickup time without contacting us, or a delivery can’t be completed because of a wrong address or because no one was available and no cooler bag or safe spot was arranged, we can’t offer a refund. Our products are perishable and made for your order. See our Delivery policy for how to receive a delivery when you’re not home.

Storage after pickup or delivery

Please refrigerate your order as soon as you get it. We can’t accept responsibility for quality problems caused by delayed refrigeration or inadequate cold storage after pickup or delivery.

If we have to cancel

If we can’t supply your order (for example, we cancel a drop or a pickup time), we’ll contact you and give you a full refund, or another time if you’d prefer.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment provider Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
