Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you order from Doodle Drinks (ABN 39 978 775 208, Sydney NSW, info@doodledrinks.com.au). By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Refunds, Delivery and Privacy policies.

1. How ordering works

We make our milk in small batches for each “drop”. Each drop has a cut-off time, shown on the website and at checkout. Orders close at the cut-off, and pickups and deliveries happen on the drop days that follow.

When you check out, we hold your chosen time slot while you pay. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you see the confirmation page or receive our confirmation email. If payment isn’t completed in time, the slot is released and no order is made.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any discounts and delivery fee. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices for future drops at any time. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before we fill the order.

One promo code can be used per order. Codes and offers may have conditions (such as pickup only, first order only, or a minimum spend), have no cash value, and can’t be swapped for cash. We may end a promotion at any time, but we’ll honour it for orders already paid.

4. Pickup

Please collect your order at the pickup spot during the time window you chose. Bring your name or order number. If you can’t make it, contact us before your window ends. Uncollected orders are covered by our Refunds policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available to selected postcodes. How delivery works, including receiving an order when you’re not home, is set out in our Delivery policy.

6. Our products

Our milk is made in small batches with real ingredients. All our drinks contain milk, and some contain other allergens such as soy. Every flavour page lists the ingredients and allergens. Please read them, and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary question.

Our milk is perishable. Keep it refrigerated and enjoy it fresh. Colours and flavours can vary slightly from batch to batch, because we use real ingredients.

7. Doodles

If you draw a doodle at checkout, you confirm it’s your own and that it isn’t offensive or harmful. If you ask for it to appear on our Doodle Wall, you give us permission to show it there, with the first name you choose. We check every doodle before it goes up, and we may decline or remove any doodle at our discretion.

8. Lucky draw

Each drop, one paid order is picked at random to receive a hand-crocheted milk bottle. The lucky draw is run under our Lucky draw terms.

9. Your rights and our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits them. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for an order is limited to resupplying the products or refunding what you paid for them.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on our website when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
